If you’ve already visited Luxor, this private excursion offers something new: a chance to revisit the city while discovering a different set of wonders and exploring Qena along the way. Designed for travelers who want to see more of Egypt’s heritage, this full-day private trip combines the beautifully preserved Temple of Dendera with your choice of one major temple in Luxor.  

You will visit two of Egypt’s most impressive sites across two cities: the Temple of Dendera in Qena, followed by either Luxor Temple or the Temple of Medinet Habu.

Itinerary

Pick-up from your hotel in Hurghada is at 04:00. Please arrange a breakfast package with the hotel reception the day before. Bring water, drinks, comfortable clothing, and a good mood.  

After an approximately 220 km drive in an air-conditioned vehicle, you arrive at the Temple of Dendera in Qena. You’ll spend about two hours exploring this remarkably well-preserved complex, famous for its colorful ceilings, Hathor columns, and unique reliefs.  

Continue to Luxor and enjoy lunch upon arrival. Afterward, choose one of the following:

- Luxor Temple (East Bank) – A magnificent temple located right in the heart of the city, illuminated beautifully and closely linked to the Karnak Temple complex.

-  Temple of Medinet Habu (West Bank) Standing for more than 3,200 years, this powerful temple showcases the military victories and achievements of Pharaoh Ramses III in vivid, well-preserved reliefs. (Boat transfer across the Nile included.)

Departure from Luxor is scheduled before 16:00 for the return journey to Hurghada.
